If you have an ice cream maker, this is a super simple dessert to make during the semi-hot summer we are having.  I like it because it only has two ingredients:  nonfat plain yogurt and sugar.  My kids like it because it’s delicious!

I’ve made this recipe several times.  I might experiment with a little pureed fruit in the mix next time.

Frozen Yogurt

  • 32 ounces non-fat plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Combine yogurt and sugar.  Stir well to combine.  Follow the directions on your ice cream maker.  Serve right away for a soft-serve consistency, or freeze several hours for a firmer scoop.  Delicious with fresh berries!

Recipe from Sunset Magazine.

The entire recipe had 27 WWpts+.
